Attendees can access the Fam Med Forward evaluation in their post-event email. The evaluation will remain open through June 30, 2025. Details for member and non-member credit reporting are included at the end of the evaluation survey. KAFP will report earned credit on behalf of its members and members should see their credits uploaded to their accounts within 45 days of the conclusion of the program.<\/span><\/p>\n

Non members have two ways to submit their certificate of participation. You can upload through the AAFP <\/span>CME reporter here<\/span><\/a> or mail to American Academy of Family Physicians, Attn: AAFP Member Resource Center, 11400 Tomahawk Creek Pkwy, Leawood, KS 66211-2672. *The AAFP has reviewed Kansas-AFP 2026 Fam Med Forward and deemed it acceptable for up to 8.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 06\/05\/2026 to 06\/05\/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. AMA\/AAFP Equivalency – AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)\u2122 toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>
