The role of the Vaccination Advisory Committee is to:
- Support the work of the Immunization Provider Enhancement grant KAFP has received from KDHE. This grant runs through June 30, 2024.
- Provide your expertise to better serve your colleagues and our state in the effort to increase vaccination rates for all Kansans, serving as the advisory body to the grant project manager, and act as peer-to-peer mentors for fellow members.
- Identify solutions to struggles KAFP members report experiencing regarding KDHE vaccination programs and reviewing patient education handouts produced by KAFP.
