How to Report

Reporting CME

The KAFP will report CME credits earned to the AAFP on behalf of its members and will email certificates to non-members to report their credits. Activity numbers will be provided with credentials and information on where AAFP members can report their CME credits.
CME credits earned for an event are gathered from submitted evaluations.
All reporting and certificates will be completed within 45 days of the event’s conclusion.
Speakers for KAFP events should report their lecture or session credits to the AAFP separately.
Please email us at info@kafponline.org if a certificate is needed.

KAFP reports CME earned by members attending KAFP activities directly to AAFP when the member submits a completed CME form at the conclusion of the activity.

Members may also request a PDF copy of their CME transcript from KAFP staff.

CME APPROVED PROVIDER PARTNERSHIP

The Kansas Academy of Family Physicians is dedicated to increasing CME opportunities for our members and physicians across Kansas. Through this program, we hope to offer partnerships with other medical and CME provider organizations across the state. KAFP will submit the CME application to the American Academy of Family Physicians and help promote the event.
