Membership Committee
Group Info
The role of the Membership Committee is to:
- Program/project development as delegated by the BOD.
- Can develop programs/projects that align with the adopted strategic plan for the BOD to consider for adoption, brought to the BOD via the Secretary.
- Can submit feedback on Academy programming, projects, or other endeavors that impact membership to the BOD via the Secretary.
- Serve in an advisory capacity to KAFP staff in regards to issues/topics related to membership.
- Serve as an advisory capacity to other committees in regards issues/topics related to membership.
- Serve as ambassadors of the KAFP to recruit and retain members.
- Responsible for developing programs to increase member value.
- Develop member satisfaction survey, needs assessment, and other member feedback tools as needed.
- Responsible for welcoming new members through innovative initiatives.
- Explore opportunities for mentorship program.
