The role of the Academy Awards Judges is to:

Serves as the judging body for the award nominations received annually.
Attend orientation to be eligible to judge nominations received that year.
All judges discloses any COI’s they may have so that they are not reviewing nominations they have a direct conflict with.
Blindly review and score nominations as assigned by the Chair.
Reconvene after scoring is complete to review scores and discuss results.
