This seminar will specifically focus on buprenorphine in an office-based setting for the treatment of opioid use disorder. The standard PCSS curriculum will be used, which will qualify attendees for the first half of training to receive the DATA 2000 waiver to prescribe buprenorphine. The target audience includes substance use treatment providers, medical providers, students in the health professions, and anyone else professionally involved in substance use treatment.

This fall brings two Parent Health Literacy training opportunities. This training is appropriate for any staff who work directly with parents/patients, supervisors and program directors.

The training is free. Three CEUs are available for $15.

Attendees will receive the resources needed to teach parents how to use the “What To Do When Your Child Gets Sick” book using effective, evidence based teaching methods.
