Tobacco Free Kansas Coalition
KAFP supports Raise the Age Kansas and Tobacco 21 to increase the age sale for all tobacco products to 21 across Kansas. Your help is needed this legislative session to build support under the dome and throughout Kansas in order to pass an effective bill next session for Tobacco 21.
How to get involved:
- Talk to your legislators: Find your elected officials and email, call, visit, write letters – tell your legislators what is happening in your
community. Need help? Email info@tobaccofreekansas.org - Become a Raise the Age Leader: Download and sign the Organizational Support Form at www.tobaccofreekansas.org and help other organizations in your region sign the support form. Complete and send us the Individual Support form
- Encourage your local schools to sign up for Kick Butts Day KS at the Capitol on March 7 from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm. Contact jordan.roberts@ks.gov with questions.
- Read and subscribe to the Raise the Age KS newsletter. Email info@tobaccofreekansas.org to volunteer for more opportunities.
