Fam Med Forward COVID-19 information and mitigation measures

Upon registering to attend in-person, you agreed to the waiver and release regarding COVID exposure at this live event. Vaccination is not required to attend but is highly encouraged. Local government regulations do not require the use of a face mask indoors, however, you are welcome to wear one, if that meets your comfort level to fully participate.

KAFP will provide a small number of face masks to attendees who request them at the registration desk. The hotel will provide hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel for your use and continues with an extensive cleaning of all guest rooms, public spaces and meeting spaces on a daily basis including electrostatic sprayers.

Name badges for in-person attendees will have either a red, yellow or green sticker on them to indicate each participant’s comfort level with contact. These will be chosen by the attendee at registration.

The color meanings are as follows:

• Green: Comfy with handshakes and hugs!
• Yellow: Let’s elbow bump but ask first.
• Red: I’ll wave to you from afar.

Should you feel ill with COVID-related symptoms on the dates of our event, please choose not to attend the event in-person. Email info@kafponline.org and we will send you the credentials to participate in our event virtually.
