KSWebIZ is the statewide, web-based, centralized database that maintains secure, complete, and accurate immunization records for all Kansas residents.

Registry data is used by healthcare professionals to streamline information and avoid unnecessary immunizations as well as assure adequate immunizations occur when patients can’t remember their own data.
