Get ready for an exciting evening at Fam Med Forward 2026’s Social Event! Bring your colleagues, friends, and family. Medical students and residents are also encouraged to attend. The 2026 Fam Med Forward Social Event will be held on Friday, June 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $85 and can be purchased alongside your Fam Med Forward registration or separately. One ticket includes one free drink, dinner, and access to the evening’s activities. Residents and medical students may attend at no charge. Options to sponsor a resident or medical student to attend Fam Med Forward are provided within the conference registration form.
Entry will not be permitted without a ticket. This applies to all attendee guests.
