Rapid Rounds: Clinical Essentials for Perinatal Mental Health Enduring Webinar Series

This educational course offers up to 2.75 Free CME from KAFP’s Rapid Rounds: Clinical Essentials for Perinatal Mental Health – Enduring 3-part course. Perinatal behavioral health conditions, including mental health and substance use disorders, are the most common complication of childbirth, but an estimated 75% of those impacted do not receive treatment. While leading screening and treatment recommendations are robust and reimbursement for screening is available, family medicine physicians and clinicians often do not receive the training and support needed to address perinatal behavioral health concerns in primary care settings. This can prevent effective implementation of screening, treatment, and referral practices and results in additional barriers for pregnant and postpartum patients seeking access to care.

This CME is free to KAFP members.

This Enduring CME course will be available from May 1, 2026–May 1, 2027. Credit Statement: The AAFP has reviewed Rapid Rounds: Clinical Essentials for Perinatal Mental Health – Enduring and deemed it acceptable for AAFP credit. Term of approval is from 05/01/2026 to 05/01/2027. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
