Target Audience:
Kansas Family Physicians and immunization staff interested in participating in a QI initiative to increase pneumococcal immunization rates in seniors.
Objectives:
Upon completion of the webinar, participants will have a greater awareness of:
- How this program incorporates the Office Champion model to improve pneumococcal immunization rates in seniors
- How practices will perform PDSA cycles and make systems changes to improve pneumococcal immunization rates in seniors
- How to apply for the KFMPIOC program
