Smoking rates are significantly higher in people with mental health or substance use disorders, leading to higher rates of smoking-related health problems and deaths. Incorporating smoking cessation into mental health and addiction treatment has become increasingly important, and most treatment and medical care facilities are now required to be smoke free. This webinar by the American Psychological Association will show how to best implement smoke-free policies that not only comply with legal and policy mandates but also therapeutically benefit your patients.
