My name is Valerie Binns. I am a medical student at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. I am recruiting family medicine physicians in Kansas to complete a survey regarding their experiences with cancer-focused genetic testing. Participation involves completing a survey that will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. The survey will be open until October 15, 2018. No identifiable information will be collected about you, and the survey is anonymous.

There are no personal benefits and minimal risks to participating in this study. Participation is voluntary, and you can stop taking the survey at any time.
