KAFP requires all speakers to submit their Travel & Lodging Requests, even if they have no travel and lodging requests to make.

Per KAFP policy, speakers traveling more than 60 miles from their home to the conference hotel are eligible for:

• Mileage reimbursement at the IRS mileage reimbursement rate
• One complimentary night stay for each presentation given.*

KAFP will book your sleeping room at the conference hotel on your behalf according to the nights you request using this form.

*For Speakers who qualify for a complimentary night stay, that night will be charged to the KAFP master account. Any additional nights, or expenses beyond the room rate + taxes and fees, will be the responsibility of the speaker.
