Registration

Over this one-and-a-half-day CME conference, attendees will have opportunities to network with their peers, engage with supporters and exhibitors, attend exceptional CME and then stay for the weekend to enjoy all that the Colorado Springs area has to offer!  Registration fees include:

• Breakfast on Thursday and Friday
• Lunch on Thursday
• Reception with Exhibitors on Thursday
• Up to 12 hours of CME, accredited by AAFP
• Digital access to CME materials

KAFP will report earned CME on behalf of all AAFP members who complete the daily evaluation.

Register by Friday, Sept. 23 to lock in the best rate!

Registrations made Sept. 24 or later will be assessed a $50 late fee.
