Fam Med Forward 2024 will be held Friday, June 7 in Wichita. This will be a hybrid event you can join in person or virtually.

Registrants will be able to earn up to 8.50 live and 7.50 virtual CME credits, as well as 3.50 enduring materials credits for the conference. The number of enduring materials credits available will increase after the conference when recordings become available online. Registration is due May 10, 2024.

The conference will be at the Hyatt Regency Wichita, 400 W Waterman Street, Wichita, KS 67202. The Fam Med Forward conference room rate is $136++ per night. Click here to reserve your room.
